Her family filed a class action lawsuit
The father of the eighth-grader from Bryansk who carried out the shooting at the gymnasium, 53-year-old Dmitry, recently sued the administration of the Bryansk region. There was more than one person suing — there were several dozen names in the statement of claim, including Dmitry's wife and two daughters — Masha (name changed) and Alina, who died today after the shooting of her classmates.
As MK learned, the prosecutor's office of the Bryansk region spoke in defense of Alina's family and other residents of the regional center.
In 2015-2017, large families were allocated 38 land plots for individual housing construction in the Bezhitsky district of the city. However, no infrastructure was created for the further development of the sites — there was no water and gas supply, normal roads, etc.
An initiative group was formed, which included Alina’s family. The prosecutor's office supported the families' demands.
As a result, the Soviet court of Bryansk ruled in favor of families with many children: local authorities were ordered to organize the laying of communications and landscaping of the areas around the land plots.
Recall that 14-year-old Alina on Thursday, she burst into her classroom, where her twin sister was also at that time, and started shooting. After killing a classmate and wounding five children, the girl committed suicide.
