Summarizing the results of 2023, Domklik analysts compiled a rating of developers by the number of issued mortgage loans and the use of Domklik services in transactions without a mortgage.

Top 10 developers in Russia

The leader based on the results of 11 months of 2023 was Samolet Group: the company accounted for 7.3% of all housing transactions in Sber services. The developer's most popular projects are Suburb Lesnoye, Gorki Park and Mytishchi Park.

Second place was taken by PIK Group (4.2%). The largest number of completed transactions is noted in the residential complexes “Lublinsky Park”, “Ilyinskie Meadows” and “Matveevsky Park”.

Setl Group closes the top three with a share of 3.0%. The company operates in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. This year, her projects “Sunny City. Residences», Pulse Premier and «Parade Ensemble». In fourth place in the ranking is the YugStroyInvest Group of Companies, which also specializes in the sale of primary real estate outside the Moscow region, namely in the Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories.

The top ten also included LSR, GC FSK, GC A101, GC «Granel», DOGMA and TsDS. Companies from the top 10 provide 30% of all residential real estate transactions in Sber services.

PIK Group is the leader in the Moscow residential real estate market: the company’s share accounts for 22.3% of all transactions carried out through Domklik services. The largest number of transactions were noted in the residential complexes “Lublinsky Park”, “Matveevsky Park” and “Buninskie Meadows”.

In second and third places are GC “Samolet” and GC A101 (20.1% and 16.1% respectively).

The top 10 developers in Moscow also included LSR, GC FSK, New Vatutinki, Level Group, Absolut Real Estate, GC Granel and MR GROUP. The total share of the top ten companies is 85%.

The study shows that the most successful projects of leading companies in the Moscow real estate market are not always concentrated within the Moscow Ring Road. Thus, the Samolet Group of Companies and the A101 Group of Companies have residential complexes with the largest number of completed transactions located primarily in New Moscow, which confirms the general trend towards decentralization.

In the Northern capital, the rating of developers in terms of the number of transactions carried out with the participation of Sber was led by the Setl Group holding, LSR and Samolet Group.

The leader — Setl Group — closed almost a third of all transactions in St. Petersburg (30.6%). All of his most popular projects are “Sunny City. Residences,” Pulse Premier and “Parade Ensemble” are located within the city. The top 3 also included LSR (16%) and Samolet Group of Companies (5.6%). The total share of the 10 leading companies, as in Moscow, is high — 80%.
