MOSCOW, December 20 Driving a car in front of an approaching train caused an accident at a railway crossing in Tula, according to the Russian Railways website.

"Today at 17:01 at the railway crossing on Likhvinskaya Street in Tula, the driver of a car drove onto the tracks in front of an approaching freight train. The driver applied emergency braking, but the distance was insufficient, and a collision could not be avoided,” the report says.
It is clarified that there were no injuries and there were no rolling stock derailments. The situation does not affect the movement of other trains.
