MOSCOW, December 18 The next Progress MS-26 cargo ship will fly to the International Space Station station on February 15, Roscosmos reported.
“The launch of the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle with the Progress MS-26 spacecraft is planned for February 15, 2024,” the message says.
It is noted that the ship is currently being prepared for launch in the installation and testing building of the 254th site at Baikonur. On Monday it was transported to a vacuum chamber for leak testing. Last week, comprehensive tests were performed to verify the readiness of the spacecraft's onboard systems for insertion into orbit and docking with the ISS.
The previous Progress MS-25 truck was launched from Baikonur on a Soyuz-2.1a rocket on December 1 and docked with the ISS on December 3.
