Domklik analysts studied transactions for new buildings for less than 2023 and named the regions with the lowest cost of primary housing. The top 3 regions with the minimum cost of primary housing included Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria and the Smolensk region.
Methodology
As part of the study, mortgage transactions for the purchase of primary real estate for the partial year 2023 were analyzed. For each region of the Russian Federation, analysts have determined the minimum cost of 1 sq. m. m of primary real estate (apartments). As a result, a rating of regions (top 10) was compiled based on the minimum cost of 1 sq. m. m of new buildings.
According to Domklik, the minimum cost per square meter in new buildings was 40.2 thousand rubles. Such apartments are sold in the Republic of Ingushetia. In second place in terms of prices for primary goods is the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (51.5 thousand), in third place is the Smolensk region (53.9 thousand). The top 5 regions with the lowest prices for apartments in new buildings also included the Chuvash Republic (56.2 thousand) and the Orenburg region (57.4 thousand).
