MOSCOW, December 28 Blogger Elena Blinovskaya wants to challenge the decision of the capital’s tax inspectorate No. 6 to prosecute for a tax offense, according to the Arbitration Court’s ruling Moscow courts.
The application was received by the court on December 26, it has already been accepted for consideration, preliminary hearings are scheduled for February 6.
In court the act specifies that the contested decision was made on October 24; its contents are not given in the materials.
As lawyer Natalia Salnikova reported at the end of November, based on the results of a tax audit, Blinovskaya’s debt amounts to 918 million rubles, together with penalties and fines — one billion 400 million rubles.
The blogger is under house arrest.
According to the Investigative Committee, Blinovskaya received large income from the sale of training courses and training marathons, did not switch to a common taxation system and did not pay the VAT and personal income tax provided for by this tax regime. In addition, she involved unidentified persons in the implementation of the criminal scheme.
