The Transport Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Ural Federal District reported on its website about the detention at the Koltsovo airport in Yekaterinburg of a 63-year-old Russian woman who caused a riot while boarding a flight to Sri Lanka.
The message says that A pensioner from Pervouralsk drank too much alcohol at the airport. While seated on the plane, she began to use crude obscene language, interfered with other passengers and did not respond to the comments of the flight attendants.
As a result, the aircraft commander drew up a report against the woman and called the police. Since the pensioner categorically refused to go to the duty station and continued to violate public order, law enforcement officers had to handcuff her and take her to the department.
The detainee was given a fine of 1,500 rubles.
