The court limited Alain Delon's legal capacity

MOSCOW, January 29 A French court has limited the legal capacity of 88-year-old Alain Delon, the BFMTV channel reported.
The actor can still perform independent acts actions, with the exception of the most important ones, such as the sale of real estate, the responsibility for which is entrusted to a specially appointed representative by the court.

The role of such a representative is also to help Delon with medical care and choosing a doctor, the TV channel notes.
““This is a very happy decision,” said Frank Berton, lawyer of Anushka Delon, the actor’s daughter.
Delon’s recent health status became the subject of litigation among members of his family and close circle. It was reported that the prosecutor's office began a preliminary investigation after the actor's youngest son Alain-Fabien complained about his sister Anushka, who allegedly abused her father's ignorance and weakness. Delon's companion Hiromi Rollin, in turn, wrote a letter to the prosecutor's office in which she accused his children of «attempting to deliberately murder» the French film star.

Delon underwent a medical examination, its results were not reported .
