In Moscow, utility workers beat up an optical worker because of a complaint about snow removal
In the capital's Izmailovo district, employees of the management company severely beat an optical worker who complained that they were not cleaning the snow properly. The incident occurred on Tuesday, January 30, writes msk1.ru.
Eyewitnesses reported that the fight happened because of the video. An optical employee allegedly filmed how workers knocked down a salon sign while they were clearing snow.
The optical employee went outside, where a conflict broke out between him and several men.
The fight was accompanied by loud shouts using obscene language. So one of the attackers shouted: “Brainless creature!”
The press service of the Moscow prosecutor’s office reported that two employees of a private management organization, acting out of hooligan motives, entered into a conflict with an optical worker, during which they harmed their bodily harm to the opponent.
Following the incident, investigators opened a criminal case under the article “Hooliganism.” Those found guilty may face a fine or up to five years in prison.
