FONBET is the best employer among bookmakers according to HeadHunter

Russia's main recruiting service has published a ranking of the best employers based on the results of 2023. FONBET became the best employer among bookmaker companies.

The bookmaker company FONBET took part in the rating for the first time and immediately entered the top, taking eleventh place at the end of 2023. This is the highest place among bookmakers in the entire history of the rating.

FONBET participated in the rating of large companies with from 1001 to 5000 employees, and beat such market players as Rambler & Co, Dom.RF, Qiwi, Sbermarket, CROC, etc.

The platform independently analyzes eNPS, which allows you to collect an objective opinion of the team about the employer, determine the level of loyalty to it and willingness to recommend. External applicants also participate in the employer assessment, and the survey allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's HR team.

Previously, the company was included in a special rating in the top 50 hh.ru as the most popular among applicants, taking 39th place. There were no other bookmakers in this category.

In 2023, FONBET was also included in the “Top 50 headquarters of Russian companies according to Forbes” rating, taking sixth place in the “silver” category .
