The Mainstream Bank of the Rostec State Corporation is expanding the terms of the “Development” incentive program. Now banking products on preferential terms are provided to engineering employees and mentors.
This decision is due to the increased need for qualified workers in high-performance engineering positions, as well as the need to support experienced specialists who transfer knowledge and skills to young technical personnel. Thanks to the innovation, enterprises receive an additional mechanism for social support for engineering workers, whose professionalism and competencies become one of the key factors in the competitiveness of the state, the basis for its technological and economic independence.
In addition, the bank introduced a new social category of participants in the Development motivation program. It included workers who completed their mobilization service and participated in the Rostec Volunteer program, employees sent on business trips to the Northern Military District zone, family members of mobilized workers and contract volunteers. In addition, the social category includes young and large families, people of pre-retirement age and military pensioners.
By participating in the “Development” program, they can receive a preferential rate on the “Primary Market” mortgage programs and “Secondary market”, when refinancing a mortgage from a third-party bank, for an education loan and for any purpose.
JSC JSCB NOVIKOMBANK developed the Development motivation program together with the Rostec State Corporation in March 2022 as part of the implementation of the social responsibility strategy. In addition to the already mentioned categories of participants, it applies to laureates of corporate awards and winners of production competitions, employees who have awards from the enterprise or the State Corporation, and highly professional young specialists up to 35 years old inclusive.
Expansion of the motivation program » Development» corresponds to Novikombank’s policy of developing and improving socially oriented products for employees of the State Corporation.
To date, more than 139 enterprises have joined the Development program, choosing 2,492 program participants from among their employees. More than 73% of them have already used Novikombank’s special products for a total amount of about 4.1 billion rubles.

And today, the professionalism of engineering personnel is becoming one of the key factors of competitiveness for them. Thus, by supporting young engineers and their mentors, we contribute to the development of domestic industry and the acquisition of technological sovereignty. Focusing on the social component of the Development program will allow certain categories of citizens involved in production to achieve long-term goals: purchasing an apartment, obtaining additional qualifications or educating children,” emphasized Elena Georgieva, Chairman of the Board of Novikombank, curator of the Voronezh regional branch of SoyuzMasha of Russia.
