A few days ago Kolesa.ru talked about the fact that a Chinese JAC T8 frame truck was brought to Russia, that is, a pre-reform version of the one presented here from last year JAC T8 Pro model. So now there is a price list. Let us remember that the G8 itself is essentially a modernized JAC T6. The last pickup truck from the local line of the brand has already been removed: in the Russian Federation, the “six” turned into the Sollers ST6, and assembly of the renamed model was established in Vladivostok.

The T8 and T8 Pro differ from each other in interior design and equipment; in addition, the truck without the attachment has different equipment. In Russia, this model is offered with a 2.0 petrol turbo-four (190 hp, 290 Nm) and a 2.0 turbodiesel (139 hp, 320 Nm), the engines are combined exclusively with a six-speed manual. The JAC T8 Pro pickup is available with a 2.4 petrol turbo engine (204 hp and 320 Nm), although it is also paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. By the way, initially a two-liter turbodiesel was also announced for the Pro version, but this modification never went on sale. Both pickups have standard hard-wired all-wheel drive with low-range gearing.

Like the JAC T8 Pro, the T8 model is presented in our market in the only Full Extra configuration. The equipment list of both pickups includes: 18-inch wheels, xenon headlights, LED DRLs and taillights, leather interior, air conditioning, keyless entry system and engine start button, front airbags, front and rear parking sensors, all-round cameras and Cruise control. The JAC T8 also has analog instruments and a multimedia system with a familiar 9-inch diagonal screen. Well, the T8 Pro also has heated front seats and a light sensor, plus it has a 7-inch display in the dashboard and a vertical multimedia tablet (10.4 inches).

The price of a gasoline JAC T8 is 2,999,000 rubles (hereinafter — excluding shares), a diesel pickup will cost < b>3,199,000 rubles, and the JAC T8 Pro with a petrol 2.4T costs the same.
Meanwhile, JAC will soon introduce another frame truck to the Russian market — the flagship T9.
