BPMSoft in 2024: flexible licensing, artificial intelligence and dark theme

LANIT Omni (part of the LANIT group) presented a development plan for the low-code platform BPMSoft. In 2024, the vendor's team will focus on AI models, improving user experience and LCNC tools, modular licensing and ease of system deployment.

One ​​of the company's main goals in 2024 is the implementation of a flexible licensing model BPMSoft ecosystem products. This will allow clients to connect exactly the functionality that their business needs right now, and later they can expand the set of solutions without the need to reinstall the entire system and purchase a full license for the product.

BPMSoft integrates new models artificial intelligence. A model for predicting customer churn will be able to analyze the history of interaction with the customer and suggest the percentage of probability of his leaving. A self-developed generative language model will be able to respond to simple requests from platform users.

Big changes will affect the constructor — the technological basis of the BPMSoft platform.It will be possible to develop interfaces in Angular, an English version and support for custom localizations on the project layer, a transition to a new version of .NET, a dark theme, new capabilities for the business process designer, an expansion of the line of map services, integration of the DaData service to enrich data on counterparties, the introduction of tools for partner development of telephony connectors.

In the CRM blocksolutions for planning sales and marketing companies will continue to develop, the number of data quality control tools will increase, employee KPI analytics and a mechanism for assessing the processing of requests, improving the quality of work with leads, a low-code designer of landing pages and SLA metrics.

In the omnichannel communications block it is planned to introduce support for channels in Telegram and WhatsApp, expand the range of ready-made chat bots and connect an intelligent assistant to them. Message delivery tracking and push notifications will become available in the new version of the mobile application.

In the BPMSoft industry solutions blockwill expand the capabilities for managing field sales — analysis of territory development, interactive presentations (CLM), tracking the plan for visits, approving event budgets and working with photo reports will be introduced. The solution for financial organizations plans to include new contract models, corporate lending scenarios, integration with state registers and monitoring of collateral.
