MOSCOW, February 12The Lefortovo Court of Moscow on Monday registered a lawsuit against Anastasia Ivleeva and the main shareholder of AFK Sistema Vladimir Yevtushenkov over a party at the Mutabor club, demanding $1 billion from each in favor of the SVO participants, they reported in court.
«To oblige Vladimir Petrovich Yevtushenkov to transfer the sum of $1 billion in compensation for harm to the state fund for supporting participants in the special military operation «Defenders of the Fatherland,» the lawsuit says, the document is available.
Plaintiff Anastasia Pak asks to recover a similar amount from Ivleeva, as well as in her own favor — 1 ruble each from the «Art Center» (owner club «Mutabor») and MTS company.
Earlier, several similar lawsuits were filed in the capital's courts. The court dismissed the claims against Ivleeva without consideration, but the claims against MTS — for 1 billion dollars (plaintiff — lawyer Alexander Treshchev) and for 10 million rubles (Oleg Ostanin) — were accepted for proceedings.
MTS stated that they had no relationship with the notorious event, are not “its sponsor or organizer.” However, Treshchev claimed in a conversation with the agency that the company participated in advertising integration with bloggers who covered the party. In addition, it was visited by the former vice-president of MTS Igor Mishin.
AFK Sistema is an investment holding with assets in the field of telecommunications, electronics, electric power, retail trade, finance, medicine, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. The main shareholder is Vladimir Yevtushenkov, who owns 49.2% of Sistema shares. The holding's most significant asset is a controlling stake in MTS.
