The information systems developer Consist Business Group (part of the LANIT group) will implement a process management system based on the TURBO Tracking software product for the Russian brand of sports and casual clothing ZASPORT. The project will optimize the company's order processing time by 35%.
Since 2012, ZASPORT has been developing and producing clothing for Russian sports teams, clubs, federations and corporations, developing a network of retail stores, and since 2017 it has been the official outfitter of the Russian Olympic team. In May 2023, the company opened a factory in Bashkortostan with a total capacity of 562 thousand units of finished products per year.
Due to business growth and an increase in the number of orders, an IT solution was required that organizes the joint work of five functional departments: company managers, project managers, designers, financial department and production management. The system should ensure coordination of departments when implementing wholesale orders for the production of sportswear, reduce the time of their transfer to production and control all stages of work.
