MOSCOW, February 14. The dog, which was locked in an apartment in the Moscow region for several days, is clinically healthy, a doctor from one of the Moscow veterinary clinics said.
Earlier, the Moscow Regional Fire Rescue Service reported that their employees went to Tomilino (part of the Lyubertsy urban district) to rescue a dog who, having been left alone in the apartment for a long time, whined pitifully, which attracted the attention of neighbors. Rescuer Mansur Inakov, who participated in rescuing the animal, said that the call came from the neighbors of the apartment, from which the pitiful barking of a dog had been heard for several days. Later it was reported that a spaniel dog had been rescued.

“The temperature is normal, the heart tones are clear, there is no exhaustion, clinically she is healthy,” said the specialist, clarifying that there are problems with the fur.

The spaniel will be taken in by a volunteer for foster care, said the head of the central department of Tomilino — Oktyabrsky, Sergei Andreev.
The editor-in-chief of the Rossiya Segodnya media group and the RT television channel, Margarita Simonyan, proposed changing the legislation on private property due to the periodic danger to animals. “Life is more important than the inviolability of property. With all due respect to the latter,” she wrote.
