BUDAPEST, 14 Feb.< /strong> Hungarian composer Tamás Deák, author of the theme song for the animated series “Well, Just Wait!”, died at the age of 96, the MTI agency reported.

Tamás Deák was born in Székesfehérvár in 1928. He taught himself to play the trumpet, and from 1959 to 1964 he worked at Hungarian Radio. Author of music for more than 120 cartoons and television programs, as well as jazz and symphonic compositions, many of which he recorded with his musical group.
In Russia, Deak's music is known from the animated series «Well, wait a minute!» Deak is the author of the composition «Water Skiing», which is used in the screensaver, as well as a number of other melodies heard in several episodes.
