MOSCOW , February 17Singer Philip Kirkorov brought gifts for children to Makeyevka in the DPR and visited the Palace of Children's Creativity named after V.G. Dzharty.
The artist posted a video about his visit on his Instagram page* (owned by the Meta company, whose activities are prohibited in Russia) together with the Russian singer Margarita Ovsyannikova.
“This is all from the light hand of your fellow countrywoman — the wonderful Margot, who told me a lot about “Spring” from Makeevka,” Kirkorov said at the Dzharty Children’s Art Palace.
In the video, the singer, accompanied by Ovsyannikova, attends a children's concert and says that he brought toys and coloring books for the children. Among the gifts were branded “Pops Philip” dolls.
“For the first time in six years, I visited my home again, my native Makeyevka. To be honest, I was very afraid to go here while I was in a position, despite the fact that my parents, sister and relatives live here. And I helped the family and the creative family “Rodnichok” on distance. Together with Philip. And knowing that I was from Makeyevka, I offered to come visit them together,” Ovsyannikova wrote in a comment.
In December, Kirkorov took part in the scandalous “naked party” of Anastasia Ivleeva at the Mutabor club. The event caused a public outcry due to the provocative behavior of some guests and their half-naked images. Many partygoers, including Kirkorov, later faced cancellation of concerts and exclusion from New Year's TV shows.
