MOSCOW, February 19 Chelyabinsk resident Sim, who abused an 11-year-old girl and killed her, is awaiting trial, according to the Telegram channel of the Russian Investigative Committee.
According to the Investigative Committee, on the evening of July 9, 2023, in the city of Sim, a man took a 12-year-old girl into a forest in a car. After committing a sexual offense, the accused stabbed the child several times and then hid the body in the forest. In turn, a source in law enforcement agencies reported that the person accused of murdering the schoolgirl is the father of her friend; before killing the girl, he gave her a lift in the same car along with his daughter.

“The criminal investigation has been completed against a 37-year-old local resident accused of sexual assault, attempted rape, murder… After approval of the indictment, the criminal case was sent for consideration to the court,” the statement says.

According to the investigation, the drunken accused tricked his daughter’s 11-year-old classmate into the forest in a car. Having abused her, he beat her and stabbed her, from which the girl died.
