MOSCOW, February 19 The winning companies of the first all-Russian competition of growing brands «Know Ours» increased their revenue on average by 50%, said ASI General Director Svetlana Chupsheva on the first day of the forum «Strong Ideas for the New Time» , which takes place in Moscow.
The “Know Our People” competition, one of the organizers of which is the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), is being held for the second time. “Over two years, 17 thousand applications were submitted from entrepreneurs from all over the country. In the second season, the number of participants more than doubled compared to last year and amounted to 12 thousand. Such interest came as a surprise even to us,” noted Chupsheva, words cited by the ASI press service.
She also shared the successes of last year's winners. “Participants in the first season of the competition in 2023, on average, increased their revenue for the year by 50%. In the new season, the competition has many more nominations and partners, so we are confident that the results of the participants will be even better,” added Chupsheva.
The General Director of ASI also noted that in 48 constituent entities of the Russian Federation there are programs to support local brands, which are aimed at their promotion and development. “We expect that this year even more regions will offer their own support programs for local brands, because they have the potential for development both within the country and abroad,” Chupsheva emphasized.
The head of the ASI thanked all experts for their joint cooperation.

The winners of the second season of the competition will be announced on February 29, 2024. The competition is held in five main categories — “Food and Nutrition”, “Consumer Goods”, “Creative Industries”, “Information Technologies”, “High Technologies”, as well as in 15 industry and four special ones established by the project partners.
