The net profit of DOM.RF according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) for 2023 reached a record 47 billion rubles. Compared to 2022, the figure increased by 56%. Return on equity is at the level of 17.3%.
The group's assets at the end of the year exceeded 4 trillion rubles. (+43%), which makes DOM.RF one of the largest financial companies in Russia. The greatest contribution was made, in particular, by the growth of the housing construction project financing portfolio by almost 400 billion rubles. and financing of rental housing, including through the launch of the “Affordable Rental Housing” program in the Far East.
