In Cherepovets, the court sent for compulsory psychiatric treatment a man who kissed a 10-year-old girl on the lips, the joint press service of the courts of the Vologda region informed .

In November 2023, a 32-year-old man, on his way to visit a friend, met a girl, with whom he entered the elevator, where he kissed the child on the lips and left cheek.

The girl told her parents about what happened, who called the police. The attacker was detained.

The man, according to a forensic psychiatric examination, was diagnosed with a mental disorder. Thus, the defendant, as established, cannot be aware of the actual nature and social danger of his actions.

The defendant, as noted, is charged under the article on other acts of a sexual nature committed against a person under 14 years of age age.
