MOSCOW, February 29 Russian President Vladimir Putin, during his address to the Federal Assembly, proposed expanding the Pushkin Card program, instructing the Russian government to prepare its own additional proposals on this issue .
«I also propose to expand the Pushkin Card program, with the help of which schoolchildren and young people can visit cinemas, museums, theaters and exhibitions for free. And cultural institutions themselves receive an incentive for development, for launching new projects, including participation of business. I ask the government to prepare its additional proposals here,» Putin said.
