The incoherent text contained, in particular, the threat of a possible terrorist attack in the Krasnogorsk Plaza shopping center. The point was that landlords are negligent in their responsibilities, violate safety regulations and encourage scammers. According to the author of the letter, this could lead to tragic consequences.
Soon the alleged author was detained; he turned out to be a 46-year-old resident of Krasnogorsk. Inspection is underway.
