MOSCOW, April 19 The uncle of the suspect in the murder of a man over a parking lot in Moscow has been detained, said senior assistant to the head of the capital's head office of the RF IC, Yulia Ivanova.

On Wednesday, a 21-year-old Azerbaijani citizen parked a car on the sidewalk at the entrance of a house on Krasnodarskaya Street.
