The fourth quarter of the “Event” project in Ramenki from the Donstroy company was separately noted by the chief architect of Moscow Sergei Kuznetsov as part of the Moscow Architecture Committee seminar. He called the object an example of the capital's architectural ambitions.
“There are no sites in Moscow where walk-through architecture could appear,” said Sergei Kuznetsov. As examples of the architectural ambitions “that the city sets for itself,” he cited the project of the Donstroy company in Ramenki. Kuznetsov emphasized that there should be no simple and “basic frontal” solutions both in architectural projects of commercial housing and in the creation of houses under the renovation program, social facilities, offices and even industrial buildings.
Let us remind you that the fourth quarter of “Events” will be the first project in Moscow with sky bridges at the level of the 25th–27th floors and a sky park at an altitude of 170 m. The bridges and the park on the roof will become a unique place for recreation, work and sports: here There will be walking and jogging paths, exercise equipment, green lounge areas with mobile furniture. The private rooftop park is only available to Event residents. It will be possible to enjoy the views and spend leisure time all year round.
The two buildings of the fourth “Event” are designed to include 1,110 apartments with an area of almost 80 thousand square meters. m. The courtyard of the fourth quarter is a continuation of the architectural concept of the project — these are green creative spaces with futuristic art objects, where children and adults can find something to do according to their interests. The project will feature a “yard without cars” and a three-level underground parking with storage rooms.
The fourth “Event” is part of a large-scale project for the integrated development of the territory in Ramenki.
