The man brutally dealt with a random acquaintance, and then, as villains often do now, he created the appearance that she was alive and sent “calming” text messages from her phone.
As MK learned, the new victim of the scoundrel was a 60-year-old pensioner who had worked all her life at the Khrunichev plant. They met by chance last summer in a park near the Bagrationovskaya metro station — they both lived nearby. The lady whiled away the evening drinking a bottle of beer and talking with a stranger. The 40-year-old man, although he spent almost half his life in prison, looked quite presentable. After several walks with feasts, the gentleman invited his middle-aged friend to go to his dacha located in New Moscow. The departure from the city took place in November 2023. The evening passed quite intelligently, the couple even discussed Bulgakov’s novel “The Master and Margarita,” but when the woman got ready to go home, a quarrel arose between the host and the guest. The repeat offender later claimed that the pensioner indiscriminately accused all the men of cheating, and then even attacked him with her fists. At that moment they were walking towards the road, across a bridge over a stream. Angry, the boyfriend hit the woman in the throat with his rib, and then also tied the hood cord around her neck. The unfortunate woman died on the spot. The criminal covered the corpse with snow, took her phone and left for Moscow. When messages from worried friends and relatives began to arrive on the deceased’s mobile phone, the sly man began to answer them, as if on her behalf — “Everything is fine, I want to be alone,” etc.
Moreover, recently, fearing that the body would be found after the snow melted, the killer brought as many as 8 bags of earth to the burial site and piled an impressively sized hill on top. However, these tricks did not help him. Relatives have been actively searching for the pensioner for a long time; criminal investigation operatives and investigators from the capital’s Investigative Committee joined the case. The suspect was detained. He tried to convince investigators that he broke up with his girlfriend peacefully and even put her in a taxi, but a polygraph test confirmed his guilt. According to Yulia Ivanova, senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow, during the verification of testimony on the spot, he reported in detail how he committed the murder. Moreover, detectives with extensive experience remembered their “client”. He did not hide the fact that he had been released not so long ago. In May 2005, the then 22-year-old Muscovite was visiting a friend on Filevsky Boulevard, not far from his home. After drinking, he began to show signs of attention to the hostess. Her common-law husband became furious and attacked the insolent man with a knife. The guest took the weapon and stabbed his opponent, and then, in a rage, strangled the lady and her 10-year-old (!) son with an iron cord. He was caught almost immediately and sent to prison for 17 years.
