A drunk St. Petersburg man threatened bar visitors with a pistol and received a criminal case
In St. Petersburg, an intoxicated bar visitor pulled out a gun and began pointing it at people. A criminal case was opened against the man, reported the Mash Telegram channel on the Moika.
As eyewitnesses said, around midnight, a 36-year-old local resident took out a weapon, began pointing it towards people and jerking the bolt. Employees of the night establishment called the police.
When law enforcement arrived at the scene, the man threw the weapon on the floor and began to say that it was not his. Allegedly, the gun was given to him by a certain girl who had already run away. Police officers seized an unregistered 1954 TT barrel. Almost 1.5 ppm of alcohol was found in the man’s blood. He was taken to the station. It turned out that the man had previously been prosecuted for robbery. Now a new case has been opened against him under the article on illegal possession of firearms.
