MOSCOW, May 8. Premiere of the new music show “VIA Superstar!” (16+) will take place on NTV on May 12 at 20.20, the television company reports.
As in the already beloved show “Superstar!”, each episode of “VIA Superstar!” will be dedicated to a specific topic: “Your hit,” “Favorite hits,” and others. The winner of the season will be the group that scores the most points based on the results of all episodes, and in the final the musical groups will present their new songs.
The rating system also does not change: fire from the jury means two points, fireworks – one, zilch – zero. But the rules of the project will undergo changes: if two issues in a row the team receives the least number of points and ends up on the last line of the tournament table, then it will be eliminated from the project. But the jury members can save one group for the entire season if it is their unanimous decision.
“”We were often asked the question why there were no groups in the show “Superstar!” and no, especially since we have plenty of groups,” said the author of the idea “VIA Superstar!” Vadim Takmenev, quoted by the NTV press service.

According to Takmenev, viewers of the show should expect even more extravaganza and energy. If earlier the artists performed in the show one at a time, now in some groups there are 7-8 people.

According to her , the high rating of the show indicates that the viewer expects the return of everyone who came to the project.

Sergey Sosedov noted , in turn, that more demands are placed on groups than on solo artists. After all, VIA should look like a well-sung, well-knit group, and not a collection of randomly assembled musicians.
“”Groups are large groups, there are a lot of people in them, and therefore more work, rigmarole. It was necessary to prepare for this, and above all morally. It is not difficult to judge groups, just like soloists, if you know how to judge and know that judge specifically. Another thing is that it’s difficult for groups to compete with each other, since they still have competition within the team,” said Sosedov.
Stas Piekha added that making the show “VIA Superstar!” with groups is an absolutely logical idea.
“Personally, it turned out to be more difficult for me to judge groups than soloists. I often sit on the jury, I have some arguments to convince one person. But in a group, several performers answer you at once. And if suddenly someone is not with something I agree, then the pressure of 3-4 participants begins at the same time. For example, the golden composition of the Strelka group is three girls at once, each has its own arguments, it turns out, three heads against one. But if everyone agrees with the assessment, then, on the contrary, the team is to judge. It’s more pleasant: everyone is having a blast, and you get feedback from more people,” he said.
