MOSCOW, May 8. International Aviation and Space Salon (MAKS), which was previously planned to be held at the end of July, may be canceled again this year, an airline industry source said.
The MAKS Air Show, which was postponed from July 2023 to a later period, was tentatively scheduled for July 23-28, 2024, several sources close to the exhibition reported in January.
“I confirm,” the agency’s interlocutor said, answering the question of whether MAKS will eventually be canceled in 2024.
The International Aviation and Space Salon is an exhibition of aviation and space technology, as well as the achievements of science and technology related to aircraft construction. MAKS takes place in Zhukovsky near Moscow every two years.
