A 12-year-old Russian girl found in a ravine died in the arms of rescuers

A missing girl in the Ulyanovsk region was found dying in a ravine three days later

A minor resident of the Ulyanovsk region, who disappeared while walking on May 12, was found dying after three days of searching and died before hospitalization.

As reported by the Investigative Committee, the parents reported the disappearance of a child from the village of Slavkino to the police, and a search was immediately launched by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Investigative Committee and volunteers. On Wednesday, May 15, the girl was found in a ravine in a forested area. On the evening of the same day, a number of media reported that the child was found alive, however, according to updated data, the girl died before she could receive medical assistance. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.

“A complex of investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident,” the Investigative Committee said.
