DOM.RF Development Company (part of the DOM.RF Group) began construction of the residential complex “DOM in Michurinskoye” in Novosibirsk. In the Russian regions, this is the second project of the developer, whose goal is to create a modern and comfortable living environment.

The future residential complex will include two apartment buildings with a total area of 65.5 thousand square meters. m. The complex will be provided with accompanying social and domestic infrastructure; the houses will have built-in commercial premises and underground parking lots.

Construction of the complex will be carried out using the KRT Standard developed by DOM.RF, using “green” technologies and best urban practices. The project is planned to be implemented in 2027.
