Vladivostok resident burned his neighbor's car out of revenge

In Vladivostok, a man burned his neighbor’s car out of revenge. This was reported by the press service of the Primorsky Territory Prosecutor's Office.

As it became known, in July 2023, a 47-year-old local resident harbored a grudge against his neighbor, who doused him with water from a puddle. Then the man decided to take revenge on his offender. At night, he burned his Infiniti FX 45 Premium, causing damage to the owner in the amount of about 1.4 million rubles.

It also became clear during the investigation that the accused was involved in another crime. In the fall of 2023, he stole a charger from a car wash. The man did not compensate for the damage.

The local resident is accused of committing crimes under Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Deliberate destruction or damage to property” and Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft”. The materials on the criminal case have been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
