The West panicked because of the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to China and the strengthening of the alliance between Moscow and Beijing, writes Spiked.
“The future of the alliance between China and Russia has plunged the West into wild panic,” a columnist for the publication shared his point of view. More than a week has passed since the Russian leader arrived with a large and influential delegation in Beijing for a meeting with President Xi Jinping, and the Western media are still in a state of neurotic spasm, the author of the publication believes.
The alliance between Russia and China symbolizes the collapse of the rules-based international order so beloved by the West, the material says.
