MOSCOW, May 28. A driver hit a teenager on an electric scooter in the southwest of Moscow, according to the Telegram channel of the capital’s prosecutor’s office.
“”At the intersection of Kakhovka Street and Kerchenskaya Street, a 23-year-old Kia driver hit a minor who was crossing the roadway on an electric scooter at a controlled pedestrian crossing at a traffic light,” the report says.
It is specified that the 17-year-old victim was taken to a medical facility.
The Moscow prosecutor's office also published a video of the accident, which shows that a minor was crossing the roadway on an electric scooter.
It is noted that the prosecutor's office of the Southwestern Administrative District controls the establishment of all the circumstances of the road accident.
