MOSCOW, June 3 Russian President Vladimir Putin, congratulating singer Nadezhda Kadysheva on her anniversary, noted her contribution to preserving the traditions of Russian song and folk art.
People's Artist of Russia, soloist of the folk music ensemble «Golden Ring» Nadezhda Kadysheva celebrated her 65th birthday on Saturday.

You are known and loved as a talented singer, a soloist of the famous ensemble «Golden Ring» and, of course, appreciated for your great contribution to preserving the wonderful traditions of Russian song and folk art,» the congratulations say , published on the Kremlin website.
The President expressed confidence that the singer will continue to delight people and give them the kindest feelings with her inspired creativity, and wished her good health and success in implementing her plans.

The singer's discography includes concert recordings, collections and more than 20 studio albums published with the Golden Ring ensemble. Nadezhda Kadysheva's vocals can be heard in the films «The River Is Wide (2008), «Fate's Mysterious Tomorrow» (2010).
