MOSCOW, February 18 In one of the residential complexes in New Moscow, rescuers rescued a cat who had been screaming pitifully in the apartment for a whole week, they told the press -service of the prefecture of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts.
“We saved the cat,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
According to Telegram channels, residents of the “Southern Quarter” residential complex in Shcherbinka have heard plaintive cat cries for several days. They tried to find the owner, contacted the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the police, but there was no result.
As a result, as the SHOT Telegram channel reports, rescuers opened the door, with animal rights activists present. The cat, named Baron, was examined by veterinarians. It soon became clear that the cat’s owner, a deaf-mute man, was admitted to the hospital and asked a friend to look after Baron. But no one came to him for the last three days.
In the near future, the owner should return home and pick up the cat from the volunteers.
