The Musical Theater of the future named after Joseph Kobzon will be built in Moscow as part of the construction of a multifunctional complex on Baumanskaya Street. The project will be implemented by the developer October Group in partnership with the Kobzon Cultural Foundation in 2028.

To develop the architectural concept of a unique facility with a total area of ​​about 59.7 thousand square meters. world-class Russian and Asian bureaus have been involved.
