“I can handle it this time too,” Berlusconi vows from his hospital bed

Silvio Berlusconi, the former Italian Prime Minister, has vowed to survive his latest hospital stay.

The 86-year-old media mogul has shown signs of improvement after being treated for leukemia and a lung infection.
