A four-page summary of Fox Williams' report, which does not reveal what investigators found, concludes that CBI leadership had «no knowledge of the allegations made prior to their publication [in The Guardian]», aside from some incidents .
Among the alleged victims at CBI is a woman who says she was raped by a senior colleague at a CBI summer party in 2019.
She reported the incident to a manager but said she felt «disappointed» when they urged her to seek advice instead of taking further action. Subsequently, the woman did not report the incident to the police.
A second woman working in one of the international CBI offices claims that in 2018 she woke up after a night of drinking with two male colleagues who showed physical signs. was raped.
She claimed that she was later presented with a photograph of her apparently unconscious, engaging in sexual intercourse.
Also at a boat party in 2019, another CBI manager was accused of attempted sexual assault, which The CBI conducted an investigation. The manager left the organization.
Several other serious allegations were also made against the organization, with some female employees claiming to have received unwanted and explicit images from a senior manager via mobile phones, while others complained about being offered to others manager after being forced to drink alcohol.
In other cases, managers were reported to have behaved inappropriately towards younger colleagues, and one former board member was accused of touching an employee's butt and made a sexual remark to another woman within earshot of colleagues.
The CBI has referred a number of allegations to City of London Police investigators who are investigating.
