According to expert Yegor Vasiliev, quoted by RG, a car tank, like any container for technical fluids, should ideally be completely filled. In other words, with a full tank, the load on the fuel system, engine and other components of the car is reduced. In addition, the risk of airing the fuel system is practically eliminated.
Of course, unpleasant situations can arise with full refueling. For example, if the filler cap is loose, fuel may spill out during a sudden maneuver or when the machine is parked on an incline. Of course, there is a risk of fire, but it is negligible, unless, of course, deliberate actions of third parties are taken into account.
Also, the expert notes, there are situations when a full tank filling is undesirable. For example, in conditions when gas stations do not have the necessary AI-95, but there is AI-92. In this case, you should fill up exactly as much fuel as you need in order to get to the next station and try your luck in finding the right gasoline there.
