KALINGRAD, December 8 A court in Kaliningrad sentenced to three years in prison a father who, due to poorly completed homework, beat his 12-year-old son, breaking his shoulder , reports the Kaliningrad Regional Court.
“”The court found… that defendant B., due to poorly completed homework and disobedience of his 12-year-old son, struck him at least six times. The boy experienced severe physical pain and received serious injuries, including a fractured shoulder bones… By the verdict of the Moscow District Court, B. was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three years in a general regime colony,” the court’s Telegram channel says.
The court qualified the father's actions as intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm committed against a minor. The fact that the crime was committed by a parent against his child is recognized as an aggravating circumstance.

At the trial, the man admitted guilt and said that he had completely repented.
