Russian taxi driver leaves child out in the cold halfway to school

In Krasnoyarsk, a taxi driver dropped off a child and left him in the cold, the mother of a fifth-grader told the online publication NGS24.RU.

The woman sent her son to school by calling a taxi, and the driver decided to drop the child off halfway. The boy did not have cash with him, which was the reason for the taxi driver’s behavior.
