The portfolio of deposits and savings accounts (excluding private banking clients) grew by a record 478 billion rubles. (+61%). The total portfolio of funds of individuals amounted to 1.5 trillion rubles. (+48%). Gazprombank's credit card portfolio showed the highest growth among the top 10 Russian banks and amounted to RUB 37.5 billion. (+67%). In 2023, the bank actively developed transfers, offering them in a mobile application and in offices, including in new currencies. The number of transfers in the office in yuan, Turkish lira and tenge amounted to more than 4 thousand for a total amount of 67.4 billion rubles.
The volume of transactions also increased significantly and amounted to RUB 14.6 billion. (+27%), and the number of users of the bank’s mobile application increased to 3.7 million clients (+27%). The number of users of the Gazprom Bonus subscription, launched with the support of Gazprombank, amounted to 1.1 million (+206%), and the Gazprom Pay service (launched by Gazprombank with the support of PJSC Gazprom 2022) — 1.7 million people (+156%).
The volume of consumer loans issued amounted to 193.7 billion rubles. (+70%), car loans — 37.1 billion rubles. (+110%). Gazprombank's consumer loan was recognized as the best loan product at the National Banking Awards. The mortgage portfolio reached 470 billion rubles. (+11%). In 2023, the bank issued 23 thousand mortgage loans in the amount of 134 billion rubles. (+38%). The driver of growth in 2023 was government programs — their share increased from 52% to 62% in the volume of issues.
At the end of the year, the number of retail clients of the bank amounted to 4.7 million people (+16%). Among them there are about 400 thousand premium clients (+47%), their portfolio of liabilities has grown to 708 billion rubles. (+58%). In the next three years, the bank plans to double its retail customer base to 10 million people, and also actively develop savings and transaction products. The priority is new digital attraction models, including light banking, ecosystem products, as well as expanding the geography of delivery of banking products and reformatting offices.
