Neurophysiologist Dispenza: the brain perceives fantasy and reality equally
According to new research, the human brain does not distinguish between imaginary from the real, which opens up new perspectives for studying the effects of consciousness on physiology. Planet Today writes about this.
Joe Dispenza, an American neuroscientist who avoided surgery after a serious accident and decided to restore health with the help of thought, conducted a series of experiments demonstrating that the brain responds in the same way to physical actions and mental exercises. In one of them, one group pressed a spring mechanism, and the other imitated it mentally, while the sensations in the fingers were almost identical.
In addition, the scientist notes that thoughts have significant mass and energy potential, which can allow them to interact with the material world.
