The construction company DOGMA provides students of specialized universities with the opportunity to gain practical work skills as part of the “Building the Future Together” project.
The developer’s corporate university is launching an internship program, opening opportunity for graduates to join a team of professionals. To search for talented youth, DOGMA cooperates with specialized educational organizations in Moscow and Krasnodar.
“The key direction of the project is to attract promising young specialists to the company. DOGMA provides an opportunity for university and college students to immerse themselves in the specifics of future professions and undergo an internship or internship in a company with the possibility of further employment,” noted Elena Kulyan, HR Director of DOGMA.
Since the beginning of June, company specialists have attended project defense events and evaluated more than 100 theses. Based on their results, the most promising graduates were invited to join the team for further joint development.
Representatives of the DOGMA company in the areas of architecture and design attended the defense of projects at the Moscow architectural school MARCH. Students presented 13 works, completed jointly with various architectural studios.
In addition, students presented 89 diploma theses on the territory of higher educational institutions of Krasnodar — Kuban State University (KubSU), Kuban State Technological University (KubSTU) and Kuban State Agrarian University (KubSAU). Among the unusual projects were a research station with a residential part on the Moon and a center for the development of agricultural crops based on KubSAU.
A school project in a new microdistrict of Krasnodar — Zapadny Obkhod — received special attention. This work most closely matches the high standards of DOGMA.
As a result of productive cooperation, several students have already begun their internship at DOGMA in the costing department, the design department, and in the IT team.
