A month before the start of the next school year, a 12-year-old street migrant from Uzbekistan physically assaulted a resident of the Leningrad Region.
In Krasnoe Selo, a bully noticed a 13-year-old girl playing on one of the playgrounds. And he started to harass her. But not getting the desired result, the offended migrant attacked the unfortunate girl and abused her.
The victim's mother reported the incident to the police. The boy has already been detained. As it turned out, the bully came to Russia to study last summer. But in the end, he did not gnaw the granite of science.
The boy was not registered with the migration service all this time.
After his detention, he was placed in one of the social shelters. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided.
