Some drivers prefer to wash their own cars instead of using car washes. So, they use their dacha as a place to wash their cars. When the new law comes into force, owners of such cars will now be fined if they decide to do car washing or repairs on the territory of a dacha community.
Fine for such actions can reach up to 10,000 rubles for soil pollution. If the owner of the car pours oil or other liquid on the ground, the amount of the fine will double. In addition, if the owner of the vehicle uses his car as a place to store various things, such as tools and everyday products, then this can also be punished with a fine of up to 3,000 rubles.
Except for the ban for washing cars in the country, the new rules also prohibit washing cars near rivers and lakes, this threatens with a fine of up to 2,000 rubles.
