Electric charging infrastructure operator Sitronics Electro (part of the Sitronics Group) has completed assembly and testing of the first pre-production sample of a slow charging station.
Previously, the operator announced the launch of a project to develop its own line of stations for charging electric vehicles. The line will include two types of stations — slow (AC) and fast (DC) — with a power from 22 to 150 kW.
As part of testing a pre-production sample of the AC station, IT specialists checked the interaction of the station with the server using the OCPP protocol , connecting a charging session via a mobile application and successfully charged the electric vehicle.
Engineers also checked the station for compliance with climate control requirements and checked for tightness and protection from dust and dirt (IP).
The demo sample successfully passed tests in our laboratory. In the near future we plan to install a station for field testing and open pre-orders. Andrey Gurlenov Executive Director of Sitronics ElectroThe Sitronics Electro team is engaged in full-cycle in-house development. Work on software, electronics, housing, and power electrics takes place in research laboratories in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
