Mashkov was born on November 27, 1963 in Tula. In 1990, he graduated from Oleg Tabakov’s course at the Moscow Art Theater School. From 1989 to 1990, Mashkov played at the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater. He starred in almost 60 films, including “Limita”, “Moscow Nights”, “Crew”, “Moving Up” and “Challenge”.
